Can I use frequent flyer miles?
Once you have enrolled in an adventure, you will be sent detailed flight arrival and departure information. On many trips we ask that students arrive before noon on the first day of the adventure, and depart before 10 am on the final day. It is important for students to meet these guidelines as often times groups have to travel several hours from the airport on the first day. If you would like to use frequent flyer miles for travel to and from your adventure, we ask that you stick to our travel guidelines. Often times, families end up making travel plans well in advance to ensure that there are spaces on these flights. If you have questions about whether or not your plans meet our guidelines, please call our office.
Can my family visit me during my adventure?
Due to the nature of our adventures, it is not possible for students to meet friends or family during their trip.
Does the price of the adventure include airfare?
The tuition on the Australia/Fiji, Australia/New Zealand, Peru, Ecuador Service, Fiji Service, Thailand Service, Italy/Greece and Tahiti/Fiji/NZ Adventures includes airfare to and from the gateway city-that being either Los Angeles, Miami, Dallas or New York. Our Costa Rica/Belize Adventure includes airfare to and from Miami or Dallas. Our Hawaii and Hawaii Blue Adventures tuition includes inter-island flights. ARCC students come from 40 states and 10 foreign countries, and it is therefore not possible to include airfare in the prices of our other adventures.
Do I need ID?
You will need a passport to attend all international trips, including the Caribbean Virgin Islands and Canadian trips. For all other adventures, a driver’s license or Government-issued photo ID will suffice.
