ARCC Leader Since: 2015
Programs as a Leader: Hawaii, Costa Rica, Latin America Gap Semester
Education: University of Colorado. B.A. Philisophy
Eddie spent a year at Trinity College before transferring to the University of Colorado at Boulder where he studied Philosophy. Through the ethics track he focused his degree on political theory and environmental ethics, writing his senior thesis on the reshaping of the global food system. During his junior year he studied abroad through the University of Virginia and embarked on an “Around the World” program, which took him to eleven countries throughout Asia, Africa, and Europe. This experience sparked his interest in international travel and experiential learning. Eddie also travelled extensively on his own, most recently spending two months backpacking Southeast Asia. Eddie has been accepted to law school, but I am putting that dream on hold for a year so I can lead the Latin America Gap Semester!
