Born in Carrolton, Georgia, Katy attended college in Alabama, during which time she awakened a love for new cultures and traveling during her semesters abroad in Costa Rica and London. When not leading for ARCC, Katy has set her sights on going to all the US National Parks (she’s been to 36!). She is an avid Harry Potter fan, loves podcasts, and could eat burrito bowls for every meal.
